returns and exchanges

We take every care to ensure that your costume reaches you in the highest condition however we are only human and understand that mistakes can happen. In the unlikely event that you need to return your costume then please just pop it back to us in the post unworn within 14 days of recieving and we will either have it remade, altered or refunded for you.

payment

Once you are ready to purchase your costume(s), we will issue you with an invoice. Once your payment has been recieved, we will place your costume in our work schedule. We will then keep you up to date with the current progress of your order.

fabric

Our costume colours and fabric material are subject to availability. Should your fabric material be out of stock or discontinued, we will let you know and offer you with a alternative or refund. Should you prefer to wait for the re-supply of the fabric then we will be in constant talks with our supplier and update you with all progress.
Please note that shades can vary slightly from the photograph.

measurements

Full measurements will be needed before your costume is made. No order will be taken until this is clarified by Kenickys and our customers. We will let you know how and where to measure, getting as close to accurate as we can get (please see body chart for a better understanding of how to measure). Most our costumes are generous in size and not fitted offering you the freedom to move comfortably.

leadtimes, emails and queries

We usually aim to have our costumes made within 2 weeks. This is subject to high demand, holidays, and fabric supply.
We always work with the delivery aims of the Royal Mail once your costume is made however we cannot be accountable for shipping, company action, warnings or overseas customs delays.
Our aim is to respond to customers questions and queries as fast as we can. Overseas customers might take up to 12 hours to respond due to time difference.

opening hours

Monday - Friday: 10am - 4pm

Saturday: 10am - 2pm

Sunday: closed

(Appointments outside opening hours are available upon request).
We aim to answer all questions and emails within 1 hour. Anything out of hours will be answered the following day.
